SWISS ADVENTURES: ALPINE DELIGHTS AWAITS

Switzerland is known for its stunning alpine scenery, classic cheese fondue, delicious chocolate, and impressive array of outdoor activities. As someone who have visited this beautiful country, I can attest to the fact that it truly has something for everyone. In this blog, I will highlight some of the incredible activities that we were able to experience during my time in Switzerland.
Zurich:
We were eager to sample the famous cheese fondue at Le Dézaley, but unfortunately, the restaurant was fully booked. I would advise anyone hoping to indulge in this delicious dish to make a reservation ahead of time to avoid disappointment. However, we were delighted to discover Alexis Restaurant and Winebar, where we were able to satisfy our cravings with a fantastic cheese fondue that did not disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delectable culinary experience.
Lucerne:
A city nestled in the heart of Switzerland, is home to some of the most breathtaking natural scenery in the world. During our visit, we decided to embark on a day trip to Mount Rigi by cruise from Lucerne to Vitznau and hop on the cogwheel train to the summit, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. The picturesque views that we encountered along the way were simply awe-inspiring, and we found ourselves immersed in the beauty of the surroundings.
Interlaken:
A quaint town that offers a plethora of exhilarating outdoor activities, making it the ideal destination for thrill-seekers and adventurers alike - and for us, it was the perfect spot to tick off one of the most daring items on our bucket list: paragliding!
Grindelwald: (our fav)

We embarked on our first-ever sledging experience at Jungfraujoch, where we slid down the mountainside with gleeful abandon, pausing to savor the magnificent scenery and sip on a delectable warm mulled wine that only added to the overall enchanting experience.
Geneva:
Amidst the serene and tranquil city of Geneva, we treated ourselves to a day of pure relaxation and indulgence at the luxurious Bain-Bleu Hammam & Spa, where we surrendered our phones and immersed ourselves in the calming waters of the thermal pool, savoring every moment of pure bliss and tranquility that we could possibly soak in. While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we couldn't help but wonder how much better it would be if the water temperature were a tad bit higher, especially during the chilly winter months.
